If a customer has an accident resulting in an injury at work and wants to bring a claim for compensation against their employer, then an After the Event (ATE) Employers Liability policy will help protect them from the risk of having to pay legal costs.
We can help if your customer has had an accident at work and does not have Before the Event (BTE) insurance. Taking legal action can be a stressful situation for anyone, particularly if they are still employed. We will also cover claims arising from illnesses and disease caused by your customer’s occupation.
ATE insurance will cover the cost of own disbursements and opponents’ costs if the claim is unsuccessful or discontinued.
